Pole Benefits Anyone?

A lot of people ask several avid pole fitness performers, “What have you benefited from pole dancing, pole fitness? What has it done for you that makes it so great?

So we thought we would let our readers chime in on this topic by sharing their views here with everyone. The most common response we staff members receive to this question is weight loss, however the question is far deeper than it appears. There are other things to consider such as confidence, self esteem, stamina, eating habits, sleeping habits e.t.c. This question applies to all women and men, all ages and sizes.

So the burning question of the moment is the benefit. What has it done for you and what would you say that could change some closed minds out there about the legitimacy of the sport as a type of fitness program?
